In 2023, we introduced an annual membership fee that allows us to enhance our services and bring forth innovative platform features that harness the full power of the Nova network.
Once you join, your Nova membership price will be locked in forever at the same price, but we will raise price for new members yearly as the value of the network and the benefits of the membership increase.
The membership price will be 149€/year if you join in 2024.

Yes, we should encourage members to expense the membership to their employer or own company. We have prepared a simple one-pager about how being part of Nova contributes to your development thanks to curated content, inspirational events, and connections with like-minded members who could become future hires, clients, or business partners. The quality of our members is the single most important element that makes Nova a unique community: if we did not have it, we would simply become another “LinkedIn” and Nova would lose its unique value. We invest a lot in our assessment technology and team to always maintain the highest criteria for our member intake quality.
In order to ensure that the paying membership does not impact our assessment quality, we have a team separation to ensure that assessment of candidates and process of payments are fully separated: the department in charge of selection does not have any goal related to member growth or revenue, which enables the process to be fully merit-based.
Moreover, since Nova is also a B2B business, we have no incentive to lower this quality as our B2B clients would not perceive the same value if we reduced the quality of our members.
Yes, but we are very far from reaching it. We target the top 3% of the best talent with higher education between 21 and 45 years of age, which is around ~1% of the global population within that age range. This is around ~12M people globally (vs. LinkedIn which has already +600M).
In the markets where we are bigger (Sweden, Spain and Italy), we have not reached even 10% of the potential target (around ~130k in Spain and Italy, ~30k in Sweden)
