Privacy Policy for Nova websites

1. Basic understanding

a. This Privacy policy explains how, when and why your personal data is being processed by Nova and is applicable on all use of websites or surveys administered by Nova. For the purpose of this policy, any reference to “Nova” shall mean any applicable company within NGlobal Holding AB, company registration no. 559240-0864, with address at C/O Talent Venture Group AB, Postbox 3053, 10361, Stockholm, Sweden, including its subsidiaries:

b. Your rights to privacy and integrity are important to us and we are therefore cautious with handling your personal data and thrive to limit the processing only to information that is required in order to perform our services to you.

2. Personal data

a. What is personal data;

  1. Personal data is any kind of information that directly or indirectly refers to an identified or identifiable person.

b. What personal data is Nova processing?

  1. For the purposes stated in this privacy policy, Nova will process your name, contact information (including email address), age, gender, study background, career preferences, career type, university, main field of study or any other information you may provide when using the Sites.
  2. If you choose to submit your account from Facebook, Instagram and/or LinkedIn to Nova Sites, Personal Data will also include your profile picture.

3. Children's personal data

a. Our intentions with carrying out our services is to help professionals and students currently studying at university. For this reason, we have no reason to collect personal data from people who do not fall within said demographics. We therefore do not collect, or otherwise process, personal data from any individual under the age of 18.

4. Cookies

a. A cookie is a small data file that our website plants on your hard drive to store certain information that we may recover later to be used for different purposes. We use cookies to complete and handle our surveys and to track user traffic patterns in order to evaluate our user’s patterns and to see how effective our navigational structure is in helping users to complete surveys as effectively as possible. We gather your consent ahead of using cookies (except for the use of technical cookies or cookies that are necessary to fulfil your specific requests). 5. Processing and legal basis

a. Nova processes your personal data in order to decide whether you can be accepted to the Nova network as a member, to send you career and/or development related information (e.g. newsletter, job opportunities, courses, development opportunities, third party employer content, etc.), to send you invites to surveys and to send you updates regarding the Nova membership (e.g. invites to be an ambassador, to participate in an event, to connect with another member, etc.). Nova will only process your personal data for this purpose with your clearly given, and informed, consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent anytime, which can be done by sending an email to candidates@novatalent.com

b. Nova might also use aggregated data (anonymous data that is not traceable to an identifiable person, and thus not personal data) to generate statistics and comparison data for the benefit of our users, for market research surveys and marketing and in collaborations with any third-party business partners and customer of Nova. Before transferring any such products to our customers, we ensure that the data is of such a nature that it is not traceable. This is done inter alia by the fact that submitted answers are not connected to other personal data (such as name, user ID or e-mail address) when stored in our systems. We therefore do not transfer any personal data to any of our business partners or customers without your explicit consent. The anonymisation of personal data will be carried out by Nova on the basis of its legitimate interest in being able to analyse the outcome of its business and to market that information.

6. Protection and storage of personal data

a. Nova uses third party servers located both inside and outside of the EU/EEA. Your personal data is protected by both technical and organisational measures, including computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. We urge you to always keep your password secret, to avoid any unauthorised access to your account at Nova Sites. We may inform you if we learn of any data breaches affecting your personal data, and have set up processes for this.

7. Recipents of personal data

a. Your personal data will never be forwarded to any third party, unless such usage is explicitly requested or permitted by you or unless such usage is somehow other justified (e.g. if it is necessary for performing a contract with you). Nova may transfer aggregated (anonymous) data to third party recipients.

b. In case you are accepted to Nova as a member, you will be able to create a “public profile” in the “Nova Connect” platform (connect.novatalent.com), which will be accesible to other Nova members. In such profile, you will be able to add your contact information, educational background, career background, skills, profile picture and other relevant profile information. Since the Nova Connect platform purpose is to enable the connection and networking among Nova members, you hereby agree that other members get access to such information you share in your public profile. You can edit your profile at any time and decide what do you want to share in your Nova Connect public profile. People outside of Nova will never have access to your Nova Connect public profile.

c. In case you apply to a job, a talent pool, a course, a member benefit, a program or to an event organized by Nova with third party companies, Nova will share the relevant information regarding you with those partners, including but not limited to your CV, LinkedIn URL or any other information Nova has from you that is relevant for the purpose of the application, so that Nova’s partners can decide whether to proceed with your application or not. All Nova partners will have agreed to comply with the GDPR European legislation and will therefore delete all data relating to your application after such assessment. This transfer will be carried out by Nova on the basis of its legitimate interest in dealing with your request/application.

d. By participating in the Nova 111 List in Italy, you hereby provide your explicit consent for the sharing of your contact details, which include first name, last name, birth date, and email address, with our trusted commercial partner, SDA Bocconi.

e. By participating in the Nova 111 List, you hereby provide your explicit consent for the sharing of your contact details, which include first name, last name, birth date, LinkedIn URL and email address, with our trusted commercial partners, and receive communications from them.

f. If you register for Nova Gravity, you explicitly agree that we will match you with other Nova members based on the data you input in the registration form, such as interests or industries, as well as with other data we might have from you, including age or your score at the Nova selection process. We will never use gender, ethnicity or other discriminating data points in that matching. By registering, you also agree with us sharing your name, email address, LinkedIn URL, background information, skills and interests with the Nova members we connect you with.

g. If you apply to the Nova 111 List, for the purposes of assessing your application, you explicitly give us consent to share your name, email, CV, LinkedIn URL and the answers of your video interview responses with the Jury. All Jury members will have agreed to comply with the GDPR European legislation and will therefore delete all data relating to your application after such assessment.

h. If you apply to the Nova 111 List and become a winner, you explicitly give us consent to publish you as part of the list with a picture, name, LinkedIn URL and a summary of your career in mainstream media, including but limited to newspapers, TV, LinkedIn and other Social Media.

i. In case you sign up to Telescope, you explicitly give us consent to anonymize your CV and make it available for Nova’s company clients on the Telescope platform in a Telescope profile. Your Telescope profile will be anonymized so that it is not possible to know it is you, removing all Personal Identifiable Information (PIII). Then, if you accept a request from a client company, you explicitly give Nova consent to share your name, email, CV, LinkedIn URL or any other information Nova has from you.

j. In case you propose a nomination for someone else ( referred to as “nominee”) to become a Nova member, you must have explicit consent from the nominee to share with us their name, email and LinkedIn profile URL. We will use that information with the purpose of contacting your nominee and enabling him or her to start their application process. The nominee may revoke that permission at any time by contacting us at candidates@novatalent.com.

k. In case you refer someone else (referred to as “referral ”) through our “INPULSE” program for a job opening of one of our clients, you must have explicit consent from the candidate to share with us their name and email. We will use that information with the purpose of sending your referral an email so they can learn about the job opening you recommended him or her for. That person may revoke that permission at any time by contacting us at candidates@novatalent.com. Nova will delete their personal data (name, email) in 30 days if the referred candidate is not interested in the job opening.

l. For the purpose of assessing your application to Nova and having you as a member, your personal data may be transferred to the following recipients, all of which work with Nova as service providers: Intercom (based in Ireland), Notion Inc. (based in California), Google Inc. (based in California), Typeform SL (based in Spain) and TestGorilla BV (based in the Netherlands). For Nova, guaranteeing proper safety for your personal data is of utmost importance. Therefore, transfer of personal data is only performed after careful consideration and with suitable data processing agreements in place. For the transfer of personal data to California, Nova has entered into standard contractual clauses in accordance with GDPR, as there is no adequacy decision with regards to the transfer of data to the US. You may request us to provide a copy of said standard contractual clauses by writing to us using the contact details foreseen at the end of this privacy policy.

m. We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.

8. Term of processing

a. Nova will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes. After that, and before fully erasing your personal data, Nova will keep these duly blocked for the statute of limitations of potential claims that may arise as a consequence of the processing of said data.

9. Your rights to obtain extract, correction, erasure etc.

a. You have the right to access the information Nova holds about you. If you want to obtain such access, or if you wish to correct information or data, object to, or restrict a certain processing of your data, you are welcome to contact Nova on candidates@novatalent.com. Nova will also assist you, if requested to the aforementioned e-mail address, with the transmitting of your data to another controller (so called “data portability”), delete information regarding you and/or your use of the Site and/or if you wish to withdraw your consent to a specific processing. However, please be aware that if you ask us to delete all information from your user account you will no longer be able to use the parts of the Sites where a user account is mandatory for access.

b. We hope that questions regarding our processing of your personal data can be resolved effectively through communication between us. However, please be informed that you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the the Data Protection Authority competent in the country in which you are located.

10. Updates

a. This privacy policy may be updated without prior notice. Where appropriate, Nova will duly inform you about that.

1. BASIC UNDERSTANDING

  • Use of the services provided by Nova may include processing of personal data. All such processing will be made in accordance with our privacy policy, unless otherwise is expressly stated.     • By selecting the acceptance box (“I accept the Nova Terms and Conditions”) you accept and undertake to follow these Terms and Conditions which constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Nova and you. You also confirm that you are 18 years old, or older. 
  • "Any reference to “You,” “you,” “person,” or “user” in these Terms shall refer to the individual using any of the Sites in their personal capacity or to the company or legal entity that the individual represents. If a company or legal entity uses the Sites, it is the responsibility of that entity to ensure that all its representatives, employees, or agents who access or use the Sites have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions."
  • Your use of any Nova Site is subject to your compliance with these Terms. Nova reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Nova Sites if you breach any obligations set forth in these Terms.

    Nova retains the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to content containing profanity, malicious comments, or material considered harmful or offensive. Users responsible for posting such content may have their profiles taken down and be permanently banned from accessing the Nova Sites. Nothing on the Nova Sites shall constitute an endorsement, representation, or warranty by Nova regarding any user, third party, or entity, including but not limited to their websites, products, services, hiring practices, experience, or employment and recruiting practices. The Nova Sites may include links to third-party websites, provided solely for your convenience. Nova does not endorse or guarantee the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for their content. Your access and use of linked third-party websites are at your own risk. If personal data is collected or processed on a third-party website, the responsibility lies solely with the operator of that site, and its privacy policy will apply.
  • Nova is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm and makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness, timeliness, or suitability of the Nova Sites in achieving employment or other professional objectives.
  • If you find these Terms unacceptable at any time, you must cease using the Nova Sites immediately. Any new or additional terms proposed by you are expressly rejected unless Nova agrees to them in writing and explicitly incorporates them into these Terms. Nova reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any section of its Sites at any time without prior notice.

2. NOVA MEMBERSHIP

  • A Nova member (from here on “member”) is defined as a person who has accepted these conditions, completed the application process, whose account Nova has approved, and who has paid the corresponding yearly membership fee.
  • All members are required to accept and behave according to Nova’s Code of Conduct, which emphasizes:some text
    • Fostering a network of excellence.
    • Supporting each other toward meaningful goals.
    • Transparency and avoidance of spam.
    • Respect, openness, and kindness in interactions.
    • Upholding the highest ethical standards.
  • Membership is personal and may only be used by the person for whom it has been authorized. Only physical people may be granted a Nova membership. 
  • As a Nova member, you will be granted a certificate of membership you can share with external third parties. The certificate of membership will only be valid as long as you are a Nova member.
  • As a Nova member, you will be provided with certain services, opportunities, and platform features in exchange for a yearly membership fee.
  • New members will need to pay a membership to be approved into the Nova network as members. If you do not pay that fee, you will not be a Nova member unless Nova explicitly approves your account. In our quest for meritocracy, Nova may decide to discount or waive that fee for certain individuals in specific circumstances, such as lack of financial resources or because of an outstanding contribution to the network.
  • Users who have been Nova members in the past but who do not pay the membership yearly fee may be granted limited access to Nova’s services and platforms at Nova’s sole discretion, but will not necessarily enjoy the same services and platform features as Nova members.
  • As a Nova member, you have a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Nova Sites only for your personal use. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any document, comment, or other material you post in the Sites and any consequences arising from such posting. You may not sell, transfer or assign any products or services or your rights to any products or services provided by Nova to any third party without the express written authorization of Nova. You agree not to use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) the Sites for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these terms or by applicable law.
  • Nova may decide to terminate your Nova membership at its sole discretion at any time. In this situation, the yearly membership fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. If Nova terminates your membership, you agree to remove your membership certificate or any reference to you being a Nova member from any document or site, public or private, included but not limited to your CV and your LinkedIn profile.

3. SURVEYS

  • Members may occasionally be invited to participate in surveys. These surveys serve as valuable sources of information that benefit all members by providing reference data, including insights that enhance their career profiles. When invited to participate in a survey, members will receive a unique link granting access to the survey. Members agree to keep this link confidential and must not share it with any third party. Members are also responsible for storing the link securely to ensure that no unauthorized person can access it. Additionally, members are prohibited from using another person’s membership credentials or their unique survey link for any purpose.

4. LEGISLATION AND CONDUCT 

  • Except as otherwise provided under any mandatory laws applicable to users, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights to which users, including those classified as consumers, are entitled under applicable law.
  • Members and users agree not to take any actions that could interfere with the functionality or integrity of any Nova Site. This includes, but is not limited to, performing unauthorized modifications such as additions, deletions, or other changes to the Nova Site. Members and users also agree not to introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful elements that could damage the Nova Site, its software, or its data.

5. SECRECY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 

  • Except as expressly authorized in writing by Nova, or to the extent necessary for Nova’s business operations, members agree not to disclose to any third party or use for personal purposes any information related to Nova’s business or work methods. This includes, but is not limited to, information regarding systems, technology, products, designs, programming, and any other details classified as confidential information under these Terms.
    • This confidentiality obligation applies during the period of membership and continues thereafter for as long as the information constitutes a trade secret or remains confidential. The obligation extends to any confidential information Nova has received from third parties, such as customers, and is equally binding on members.
  • Members agree not to use, disseminate, or save any information provided by Nova, nor to publish or indirectly facilitate the publication of articles, survey results, or any other materials produced by Nova. The Nova Site, along with all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Site, is the sole property of Nova and is protected by copyright laws in various countries and international treaties. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, all other rights, titles, and interests are reserved by Nova and its licensors. Subject to these Terms and any other agreements between Nova and its users, Nova grants users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited license to use the Nova Sites for the duration of their membership, solely for purposes outlined in these Terms. Without limiting the above, users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, displaying, selling, distributing, or otherwise using the content on the Site for any public or commercial purposes.

6. COOKIES 

  • A cookie is a small data file that our website stores on your device to save certain information that may be retrieved later for various purposes. We use cookies to facilitate the completion and management of surveys, as well as to analyze user traffic patterns. This helps us evaluate and improve our website’s navigational structure to ensure users can complete surveys as efficiently as possible. We obtain your consent before using cookies, except for technical cookies or cookies that are strictly necessary to fulfill your specific requests. 7. DISCLAIMER 

  • The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, title, non-infringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. Nova makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Site. Without limiting the foregoing:
    • Error-Free Operation: Nova does not warrant that the Site will operate error-free or that the Site and its servers are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful mechanisms.
    • User Responsibility: If your use of the Site results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, Nova is not responsible for any associated costs.

8. LIMITATION 

  • No responsibility for user-generated content: Nova assumes no responsibility for documents posted by users, nor for the activities, omissions, or other conduct of users on or off the Site. Nova reserves the right to take any action with respect to user-submitted content that it deems necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion.
  • Assumption of risk: You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Site, the internet generally, and any documents you post or access, as well as for your conduct on and off the Site.
  • Exclusion of liability for non-direct damages: In no event shall Nova, or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, agents, or advertisers, be liable for any non-direct damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, loss of data, lost employment opportunities, or business interruption. This applies whether the claim arises under warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Nova was advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Limitations in jurisdictions: Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the limitations set forth above may not apply to you. If any exclusions or limitations of liability are held to be inapplicable or unenforceable, Nova’s maximum liability to you for non-direct damages shall be limited to USD 200 in total.
  • Limitation of direct damages: In no event shall Nova, or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, agents, or advertisers, be liable for any direct damages exceeding USD 200 in the aggregate. If you are an employer with a services agreement with Nova, the total amount paid by you to Nova under that agreement (if greater than USD 200) shall be the maximum liability for direct damages.
  • Equitable relief: Due to the nature of this Agreement, in addition to monetary damages, you agree that Nova shall be entitled to seek equitable relief (including injunctive relief) in the event of a breach of this Agreement by you.

9. INDEMNITY 

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nova, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any third-party claims, actions, or demands (including, without limitation, reasonable costs, damages, and legal and accounting fees) arising out of or in connection with:some text
    • Your use of any Site.
    • Any documents posted by you.
    • Your breach of this Agreement.
  • Nova will make reasonable efforts to promptly notify you of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and may assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claims, suits, or proceedings. If you are a legal entity using the Site, you are strictly responsible for ensuring that all employees or other individuals associated with the company who access or use the Site comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

10. CHANGES 

  • Nova reserves the right to modify the structure of any Nova Site, including career profiles, methods, technical specifications, systems, and other functions, at any time. Additionally, Nova may change these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions will take effect seven (7) days after the updated Terms are posted on the applicable Nova Site. It is the responsibility of members to regularly review the Nova Sites to stay informed of the latest Terms and Conditions.
  • You may not assign or transfer your obligations under this Agreement to any third party without prior written consent from Nova.some text
    • Waiver: No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. A waiver is effective only if made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Nova.
    • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
    • Suspension and Termination of Access: Users who violate these Terms and Conditions may have their access to and use of the Site suspended or terminated at Nova's discretion.

11. PERSONAL DATA AND THE PROCESSING THEREOF 

  • The personal data gathered by Nova through the Site will be processed in accordance with this privacy policy.

12. POSTING RULES 

  • Prohibited Content: some text
    • URLs or links to websites intended to advertise your company or personal site where the Nova Team does not find it appropriate or relevant.
    • Copyrighted material, unless you own the copyright or have the owner’s permission to post it.
    • Trade secrets, unless you own them or have the owner’s permission to post them.
    • Material that infringes upon or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of others or violates the privacy or publicity rights of individuals.
    • Hidden keywords or white text keywords, including words embedded in the document and concealed from the user.
    • Content that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
    •  Content that could be considered embarrassing or offensive to another person or entity.
  • You may not use your posts to:some text
    • Impersonate another person, whether living or deceased.
    • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
    • Post advertisements or solicitations for business.
    • Post chain letters, pyramid schemes, or similar content.
    • Post commercial or personal opinions or notices.
  • Job Postings: You may not post job offers in any feed, group, or via private messages; you should instead request a job posting in the platform. 
  • Responsibility for Advertised Content: Nova is not responsible for any changes to responsibilities or conditions advertised by you on the Site.
  • Monitoring and Enforcement: While Nova monitors posts to ensure quality, there is no obligation to monitor all content on the Site. Nova reserves the right to monitor candidate posts at random. Any documents that violate the above rules may be removed at Nova’s discretion.
  • Duplicate Job Postings: Employers are not permitted to post the same job more than once. Nova reserves the right to remove duplicate postings to maintain the Site's cleanliness and usefulness for all users.

13. NOVA JOB REFERRALS

  • If you refer a candidate for a job opening from one of our clients through the Job Referrals Program, you, as the referrer, may receive one or more fees in accordance with the conditions specified in the job offer available on Nova's platform.
  • Payments for the Job Referrals Program may include both initial and success fees:some text
    • Initial Fee: This fee is paid by Nova if the referred candidate is deemed "valid." A "valid" candidate is one who is not already a Nova member, whose background and interview meet the requirements of the job offer, and who is invited for an interview with the client.
    • Success Fee: This fee is paid by Nova only if the referred candidate is hired for the position. If the candidate leaves the job within 6 months of employment, you agree to refund Nova the full success fee.
  • Any payments or refunds between the referrer and Nova will be processed within 30 days.

  • By accessing and using the Development Section of Nova’s platform, you, as a member, agree to the following terms and conditions:some text

    • Intellectual Property Rights: All content within the Development Section, including but not limited to recorded programs, mock interviews, and any associated materials, are the intellectual property of Nova. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or exploit the content in any way without explicit written permission from Nova.
    • Members may also purchase 1:1 mock interview sessions through the Development Section. These sessions are designed to help you improve your interview skills and are provided for your individual use. The purchase of a mock interview is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another individual.
  • Program requirements and expectationssome text
    • Each student will take responsibility for his/her own learning and stay informed of all course information by use of Nova’s communication platforms.
    • Nova reserves the right to remove any student from a course, should their behavior be deemed inappropriate or bring Nova into disrepute. Under such event, no refund of the membership fees or other costs shall be made.
    • Nova reserves the right to cancel or postpone the launching of any course at any time.
    • In the event of the cancellation of a live course, Nova will inform all students as soon as possible.

15. CHAT & CHANNELS

  • By accessing and using the Chats and Channels feature on Nova’s platform, you, as a member, agree to the following terms and conditions:some text

    • Prohibited Content: Members must ensure that all posts adhere to Nova’s content guidelines and do not include prohibited materials, as outlined in Section 12.

    • Intellectual Property Rights: Content shared within Channels remains the property of its creator. However, by posting in Channels, members grant Nova the right to display and distribute the content within the platform.

Vertical Leaders, City Leaders, and Nova make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such information for any specific purpose. Members agree that any decisions made based on information shared in Channels are the sole responsibility of the individual or entity acting on such information. Vertical Leaders, City Leaders, and Nova shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from these decisions.

16. GRAVITY

  • By participating in Nova’s Gravity feature, you, as a member, agree to the following terms and conditions:some text
    • Punctuality: You commit to arriving to all your Gravity Sessions on time and to re-schedule them with more than one (1) hour in advance in case you cannot make it for any reason.
    • Confidentiality: All discussions, projects, and materials shared within Gravity are confidential. Members may not disclose or share such information without prior consent from the relevant parties.
    • Intellectual Property Rights: Members retain rights to their original contributions. However, by participating, members grant Nova a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and promote their contributions within the scope of the program.
    • Behavior Expectations: Members are expected to act professionally, respectfully, and collaboratively at all times. Any behavior that disrupts the positive and respectful environment of Gravity, including but not limited to harassment, inappropriate conduct, or actions contrary to Nova’s Code of Conduct, may result in removal from the initiative and potential suspension of membership privileges.

17. NOVAS(“DIRECTORY”)

    • Behavior Expectations: Both mentors and mentees are expected to engage respectfully, professionally, and with a commitment to the success of the mentoring relationship. This includes punctuality, clear communication, and adherence to Nova’s Code of Conduct. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or unprofessional conduct, may result in removal from the program and potential suspension of membership privileges.
