To ensure a great online engagement, you should think about putting in 15-30 minutes per day on weekdays to make the channel thrive. Then, online events should not take more than 2 hours each. in between preparation and delivery and offline may take ~4 hours each.
Thus, if we make the hypothesis that:
- You put in 15 mins per day, 5 days a week, 48 weeks per year (4 of “vacation”): 60h
- Online events: 2h per event, 4 events per year: 8h
- Offline events: 4h per event, 10 events per year: 40h
Total ~108h per year.
We expect a minimum commitment of 1 year. However, once you pass that year, you may decide to quit with 3 month's notice. Hopefully, after the effort to build the community over 1 year, you will want to stay much longer!
You should attend all events and the content and replies in the channel needs to be posted under your name. We are ok though if you get some help from a more junior person to do the more boring / admin stuff.
Nova provides a control dashboard for community insights, dedicated support personnel, marketing exposure for your events, and collaboration opportunities within the Nova podcast. Our growth and marketing teams will also assist in bringing new members to your city.
We will also provide you with resources to help you spread the word, share information or nominate other potential Novas.
