We select for motivation and diversity.
01. Nominate someone. Know someone Nova-worthy? Nominate them in the app. Each nomination = one entry into the draw.
02. Accumulate entries. Entries carry over month to month. Nominate early, enter more draws.
03. Win a free spot. 4 draws. 4 winners. One per month, June to September. The more you nominate, the better your odds. If it's you, your TNE 2026 spot in Milan is on us. Travel not included.

€560 for Nova members. €660 for non-members and externals. Everything is included, accommodation, meals, and full programming. The only thing you arrange is your travel to Milan or Turin.

Yes, flights are arranged and covered by each attendee. Your destination airport should be Milan Malpensa (MXP) or Turin (TRN). Nova will organise two scheduled transfers: one to the villa for participants arriving before 16:00 on Friday, and one back to both airports on Sunday for flights departing from 14:00. Both transfers are fully covered by Nova.
Cancellations by email to members@novatalent.com. Confirmed upon written reply.
· 90+ days before (before July 7): Full refund. · 90–60 days (July 7–August 9): 50% refund. · Under 60 days (August 9+): No refund.
Transfer to another member is possible up to 30 days before, subject to approval. No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
