The Crucial Conversations Program is valued at 720€, exclusive to Nova members with an active membership. If you are not in this pool, the program has a cost of 820€ in which you will also get access to the Nova community and a 1 year free membership.

What materials does this program include?

During the course, we will provide you with a Participant Guide that includes all the practical exercises, dynamics, and assignments so that you can continue to improve your skills. In addition, you will receive an official certification from Crucial Learning, have access to the Crucial Conversations community, and receive 6 weeks of follow-up emails to continue improving your skills.
