We have developed a scientific process which ensures a highly meritocratic assessment and helps us identify talent's key strengths and potential, taking into account 200+ data points per candidate.
Then, a jury of recognised industry leaders and talent experts will choose the 10 who will make it to the list for each category.
The selection process starts with a nomination or an application. We give the chance to any individual to either nominate someone they believe has the potential to be on the list or apply themselves.
