Our selection process
1. Application review
Submit your application providing information about your background and motivations. It will be reviewed by the Nova Assessment Team.
2. Assessment and phone screening
You may be contacted for a quick chat to evaluate your fit and solve any further questions
3. Selection and notification
Selected candidates will receive an official acceptance email to enroll in the program.
Non-Novas will have to complete the Nova process after enrolling in the program. Their enrollment fee will be refunded if they are not accepted into the Nova community.
