Senior Product Manager at Vestiaire Collective, leading the Seller Experience at one of the leading marketplaces of second-hand fashion. She has over 6 years of experience in Product, alongside a background in innovation consulting and startup acceleration, fields that sparked her drive for solving business challenges through tech and design. In her previous role, she spent over 3 years at Farfetch, specializing in data science products such as price recommendations and product taxonomy, as well as discovery products like marketplace ranking and recommendations.

Vijith Quadros

Product Manager at Normative leading the core experience team. Previously worked at Freespee as a product manager leading the experience team. His professional experience spans start-ups, small and large corporations, and government. His interests lie in technology, innovation, and capital.

Cecilia Ollero

Product manager at Gotrendier, the leading second-hand fashion app in Mexico and Colombia, working on activating users in the marketplace. Previously, I worked at Telefónica, in the apps of the group's telco brands and at Igeneris, as a business designer. I have a special interest in working on digital products that help create a more sustainable future with more value for all.

Begońa Sesé de Lucio

Begoña is a PM (Humanitarian Intelligence) at Hala Systems. She was CEO for one month at Adecco Spain and worked at The Adecco Group for 5 years. As a PM, she led an AI/NLP chatbot product through its lifecycle and scaled it from 0 to 30 countries in 2 years. Begoña was in The Adecco Group’s International Future Leaders 2021/2022 cohort, co-founded a Venture Building Program at IMFAHE Foundation, and volunteers at FemStory to empower women leadership and mentorship. Begoña holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (KU Leuven).

Álvaro Pérez Bello

Álvaro has a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI (Madrid). He has extensive experience in IoT and ML application development and currently is the Founder and CPO at Clevergy. Prior to Clevergy, he worked in Altair as a Sr PM leading the IoT division and in consultancy firms providing digital transformation solutions to manufacturing companies. Álvaro is also a Professor at University Pontificia Comillas where he teaches Embedded Software development to the Masters students.

Sima is an experienced PM with a proven success in tech. With 10 YOE working for renowned companies such as King (the creator of Candy Crush), and Microsoft in Sweden, Germany, and Ireland, she has a wealth of expertise in B2C and B2B. Sima's main passion for Product-Led-Growth has led to her success in leading product development, launching products, and scaling them globally. As a product leader, she values collaboration, inclusivity, and empathy and always puts the user first in product development.
