What are the sessions about?

1. Self-Assessment and Goal Setting: This session focuses on introducing the coaching process, reflecting on the participant's current job and career aspirations, creating a desired job criteria list, and conducting a SWOT analysis to identify transferable skills and strengths.
2. Smart Key Results: In this session, the TA guides the Nova through their SWOT analysis, integrates it with their desired job criteria, and helps create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for job search, providing resources and connections in the chosen industries and assigning homework on CV, cover letter, and interview preparation.
3. Crafting an Effective Job Application and Interview Preparation: This session focuses on tailoring resumes and cover letters for specific job openings, showcasing relevant skills and experiences, and providing resources for application writing. It also includes interview preparation, strategies for salary negotiation, and essential tips for effective communication during salary discussions with employers.
