What are the sessions about?

1. Assessing Leadership Strengths: This session includes an explanation of the TA Path, a situational leadership overview, an identification of challenging leadership situations, an analysis of key leadership attributes (behavior, people, and business management), and a self-assessment of leadership strengths and values.
2. Building Leadership Competencies: In this session, you will assess the results of your leadership test and ideate how to leverage development opportunities together with your TA.‍
3. Creating Your Leadership Development Plan - OKRs: During this session, you will discuss the Leadership Matrix with your TA, and set SMART goals for your leadership development, taking into account the insights from previous sessions.
