  2. Time Management & Assertiveness: This session focuses on learning time management techniques and getting additional tools and exercises that you can practice to further enhance your skills, either during the session or as homework.
  3. Values Identification: This session focuses on reflecting on and identifying your personal values, helping you gain a deeper understanding of what truly matters to you.
