Nordic Entertainment Group is looking for the next 15 participants to their Management Trainee Programme and since they want access to the most talented tech- and business leaders in the Nordics, they came to us at Nova.

While working together to find the ideal talent, we have come to see the NENT Group’s Management Trainee Programme as a unique opportunity for developing and excelling while working right at the core of the media industry. But we wanted to get some behind-the-scenes info on what it’s like being a Management Trainee at one of the Nordics leading Media and Entertainment companies. And who better to give that than four current trainees?

Annie Olsson
Management Trainee to Anders Jensen, President & CEO of NENT Group.
As a Trainee, I get unique insights into NENT Group’s business by participating in Group Executive Management Meetings. I assist Anders Jensen and the Group with a number of tasks, including presentations and business reviews. Working for one of the leading media houses in the Nordics is exciting and a lot of fun, especially because of the impressive colleagues and fast-moving and innovative organization. I hold a BSc and an MSc from the SSE. Previously, I have completed internships in the consulting, retail and home appliance industries.

Oscar Nordstrand
Management Trainee to Sahar Kupersmidt, SVP & Head of Nordic DTH TV at NENT Group.
As a trainee, I have the unique possibility to develop and learn through participating in complex projects and interacting with many talented and passionate colleagues. I hold an MSc in International Business from Uppsala University and a BSc in Business Administration, including two exchange programmes (the US and the Netherlands). Before I joined NENT Group I held multiple positions at Swedbank, most recent at the corporate department.

Nga Nguyen
Management Trainee to Filippa Wallestam, EVP & CEO of NENT Group Sweden

My time at NENT Group has been incredible so far and I am currently an internal project manager for Svenska Hjältar. The possibilities here are unlimited, and you are challenged, stimulated and exposed to the business on a C-level every day. If you have passion for media, I would encourage you to apply. I hold an MSc in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and before joining NENT Group I was a data and business analyst at SF Bio, a researcher at Russell Reynolds Associates and a trainee at the Embassy of Sweden in Hanoi.

Gustaf Geijer
Management Trainee to the EVP Group Head of Content.
Through the Trainee Programme, I get to dive into a multitude of projects in content acquisition and development, allowing me to nurture my analytical and creative skills. The insight in high-level decisions, high expectations, and responsibility from day one creates the steep learning curve that I’d expect from a top trainee program. I have a BSc and an MSc in Accounting and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics. I have previously worked at Danske Bank and Caelis, a French consulting firm.

There you have it, four takes on what being a Management Trainee at NENT Group is like. If you think you’d be a great fit at this unique and exciting company,
make sure to apply before December 31st!
