Started off his career as a Business Analyst for Merkle Inc., a Marketing Consulting firm based in New York. From 2015 to 2019 he worked at IBM where he created innovative solutions to help clients meet their largest transformational challenges through people and technology. In 2019 he co-founded Kooxda where they help their clients transform their businesses to keep competitiveness in this rapidly changing environment. Right now, he is Partner Director and Head of People at ackLabs an Ackermann International Company, where they help clients grow by providing corporate training to improve and develop "crucial skills" such as communication, performance, and leadership. His team brings in-house experts to help put these skills in motion, creating high-performance teams, and boosting innovation.
