Ties is Head of Data at Dawn Capital, a London based VC. Prior to this, he worked at Google as Revenue Analytics Lead, covering all EMEA level reporting on the programmatic ads business. Ties has also worked with DeepMind to help the NHS build their original Covid dashboards, as well as product analytics for the “ARDA” project. The ARDA project aims to apply ML to diagnose retinal diseases at an earlier stage.

Max is an analytics manager at Salesforce. He has been responsible for transforming the sales and strategy & operations departments into a data-driven organisation. The automated data and business intelligence infrastructure are currently used by >15.000 internal users saving Salesforce ~$X million per year. Max is also the lead facilitator of the data analytics training of all global strategy analysts responsible for training >200 analysts in data visualization and SQL.
